Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Vincenzo De Martino, who operates HowToUseAICleverly (“the site”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.

1. Who runs this

HowToUseAICleverly is operated by Vincenzo De Martino, Via de Lauzières 6, 80055 Portici (NA), Italy. You can reach us at vincenzodemartino31@gmail.com.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account — if you think someone else is using it, tell us.

Your username is public and permanent: it appears on everything you post, and it does not change afterwards. Your email address is never shown to other users.

3. What you post stays yours

You keep the copyright on everything you write and upload. You are not giving it away.

What you do give us is permission to store your content, show it on the site, include it in search results and in emails we send about the site, and let other people read and quote it as the site is designed to allow. That permission lasts as long as the content is on the site, and it exists for one reason: without it we could not display your own post to anybody.

If you delete your content, we stop displaying it. Copies may remain in backups for a while, and we cannot recall what other people already saw, saved or quoted.

4. The rules

The community rules are part of these terms. The short version: show what you actually did, share the method and not the copyrighted source, disclose any commercial interest, and do not fabricate results.

On top of those, do not use the site to:

• post content you do not have the right to distribute;
• post anything unlawful, harassing, or that targets a private individual;
• upload malware, or files designed to execute code on someone else’s machine;
• scrape the site at a scale that degrades it for other people;
• impersonate somebody else, or misrepresent who you work for.

5. What we can remove, and when

We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the community rules. Copyright complaints are handled first — see the removal procedure.

Where the law requires it, we will tell you what was removed and why, and you can reply to us at the address above. We are a small site run by one person: we aim to act quickly on anything unlawful, and we will not pretend to a response time we cannot meet.

6. Nothing here has been verified

This is the most important clause on the page, so it is written plainly rather than in capitals. Everything on this site was written by its users. Nobody tests it, nobody reviews it, and nobody guarantees that any of it works, is safe, or is even true.

A workflow that saved one person three hours may waste yours, produce wrong output, or cost money in tool subscriptions and API usage. Prompts and configurations that involve your own files, your employer’s documents, or a customer’s data are your responsibility to evaluate before you run them.

Nothing here is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice, whatever it sounds like. AI output is particularly good at sounding authoritative while being wrong.

The site is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise it will be available, that content will be preserved, or that it will keep working the way it does today.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from anything you found on it — including lost work, lost data, lost business, or costs run up with a third-party AI provider.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

8. Ending it

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time by writing to vincenzodemartino31@gmail.com. We can close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.

9. Changes

These terms will change as the site grows. Substantial changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.

10. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Italy. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings there.
